i write from experience.
embellishment does not exist in my world.
my thoughts are memories
my memories are dark.
the emotion is raw and i write to inspire.
i urge you to go back to that place...
the place you try to forget
but will never escape from.
the foundation of your apathy and malice.
now stay there awhile and reflect.
wait for the hurt, despair
and resentment to creep in.
dig deep...acknowledge
and accept its presence.
for this is your truth....and your truth will never dissolve like you wish it would.
it will haunt you until you set it free.

welcome to my world of hurt.
the hurt that has allowed me to
​gain strength and perspective through
​ its divinity.
i invite you into my mind -
where dysphoria and turmoil
merge to create clarity and peace.
experience the highs, lows,
melancholy and beauty of my truth.
i made it through and i hope to
lighten the path for those who
still linger in the shadows.
putting my truth into words
